Our Teachers
Our school is blessed with a warm and enthusiastic staff. Most importantly, each staff member is a loving, caring individual, personalities that allow us to create a warm, nurturing environment for the children. These lively educators are sensitive to the development and curiosity of the young.
Our team of teachers comply with the state legal requirements by having either a 4-year B.A. in education or a C.D.A., Child Development Associate Degree, a nationally recognized credential.
Many of our assistants have also obtained a C.D.A. degree while on staff. To ensure the continued growth of the staff WRCNS holds mandatory continuing education seminars for all staff members.
Everyone on the staff has gone through the state mandated screening, fingerprinting and background checks, to insure they are individuals who should be working with children.
